As of January 17, 2022, the Esso Extra rewards program will end, after which Esso will move exclusively to the PC Optimum program.
Current members may continue to earn and redeem Esso Extra points until then, or convert their points to PC Optimum points starting January 18, 2022 at a rate of 1 Esso Extra point = 6 PC Optimum points.
You are currently able to earn PC Optimum points at a rate of at least 10 points per litre (more with a PC Financial card).

Furthermore, the expiry dates of any EXTRA PRIVLEGES cards you may have, have been extended:
“EXTRA PRIVILEGES cards regardless of the expiry date listed have been all extended to December 31, 2022. You can continue to redeem litres on this card until that time.”
