Lithion Ion Batteries Price Fixing Class Action Settlement

Anyone who purchased lithium ion batteries or products containing lithium ion batteries in Canada between January 1, 2000 and January 1, 2012 is eligible to claim part of a class-action settlement announced today.

Eligible products containing lithium ion batteries include laptop computers, e-book readers, MP3 players, handheld GPS, cellphones, smartphones, etc.

A claim of $20 can be made without documentation.

And as a reminder – don’t forget to make your claim (if eligible) in the Microsoft Software class action settlement, of which the deadline is drawing near.
